My brother-in-law is from Mexico. Usually at every meal he has tortillas on the table. It is amazing what one can wrap in a tortilla (even chili).

This book looks at 101 things one can do with a tortilla. The tortilla is that versatile food that one could actually have a multi-course meal using tortillas at every course. Now there's a dinner party idea (Cinco de Mayo, anyone?).

The book does have "Helpful Hints." There is the difference given between corn and flour tortillas. And tortillas come in different flavors.

The book has chapters on "Appetizers," "Quesadillas and Wraps," "Kids and Snacks," "Soups and Salads," "Breakfast," "Main Dishes," "Mexican Favorites," and "Desserts." There are a variety of recipes so that you can try different tastes and combinations and ethnic tastes. And at your next Cinco de Mayo party you can use tortillas in every course!
