A trip to the doctor is not always a pleasant experience. If we visit when sick, we enter not feeling well to begin with. If we get a shot, we leave in a bit of pain.

This book helps navigate the child through the visit to the doctor's office and why the doctor does what he/she does. Of course it helps if the doctor treats the child like a person and speaks at the child's level. Of course good health goes for parents as well, as the child learns in this book.
